Major Flooding Downtown Detroit Michigan

Amidst the huge flooding in the Detroit Michigan area summer of 2021. We were faced with several commercial building owners that needed our help. After 2 weeks our team was able to dry this commercial building and get it’s residents back to a pre-loss condition.

4 foot flood cut of drywall with the removal of blown in insulation.
Cleaning of the existing drywall that did not need to be removed. This offers the removal of any fine hazardous dust particles that could be floating around the structure prior to repairs.
Complete wet down of all personal contents in the building to prevent microbial growth.
Dehumidification and a proper vortex inside the affected area creates the perfect drying environment for any commercial structure.
Low grain dehumidification can remove around 125 pints of moisture from the air per day.
This is the final cleaning of the structure before handing it over to the general contractors for repairs to begin.
